RENZI LEE AND MATT STRICKER ARE YELLOWSTONE CHAPTER PGA PRO-PRO CHAMPIONS
(BILLINGS, Mont.) – Renzi Lee, PGA Head Professional at Lake Hills Golf Course in Billings, Mont., and Head Professional Matt Stricker, from Exchange City Golf Course, in Billings, Mont., won their respective flights and took home the winner’s share in the 2026 Yellowstone Chapter PGA Pro-Pro, supported by Bridgestone Golf, GT Golf Supply, Helpside, Sterling Cut Glass, TrueLinkswear, Maui Jim, ROLEX and The PGA TOUR.
The event was contested at the 6,168 yard Hilands Golf Club in Billings, Mont., on Monday and Tuesday, April 20th and 21st. The format of play for the event was a scramble the first 18 holes, four-ball stroke play the second 18 holes, and modified alternate shot (Chapman) the final 18 holes. Teams were formed from two flights for each round and the scores earned by each player were combined to create their three-round total to determine the two champions. Renzi Lee eked out a single-shot victory over Laurel Country Club Associate Golf Professional, Kevin Kolb, and Hilands Golf Club Associate Golf Professional, Garrett Woodin. Matt Stricker had a 3-round total of 18 under par to sit atop his flight as champion. Alone in second place was Director of Golf Drew Glover from Big Sky, Montana, Yellowstone Club. The third place finisher was Hilands Golf Club PGA General Manager Bryce Finnman, 4 shots off the champion’s total.
