The Rocky Mountain Section PGA Foundation  Gallatin Valley Jr. Championship found its four champion golfers of the year at Bridger Creek Golf Course in Bozeman, Montana, on July 27-28, 2022, and there was never a doubt in any of the four divisions.

The Girls 14 and under group saw Kira Connell from Bozeman dominate firing rounds of 80 and 82 to win by 11 strokes over second place finisher Cate Leydig from Big Sky, Montana, and in third place Dylan Manka, also from Big Sky, was a few shots further back.

In the Boys 14 and under crew, Cooper Bourret from Bozeman played terrific golf with rounds of 72 and 74 to finish 8 shots clear of Royce Taylor from Laurel, Montana, and 10 shots in front of John Gilbert hailing from Helena, Montana.

The 15 to 18 year-old Boys squad featured Braden Anderson from Buhl, Idaho, out-dueling his competition by laying down rounds of 73 and 72 to capture his title by a margin of 7 strokes over Logan Connolly from Billings, Montana, and 8 strokes better than Luke West of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.
