BRADLEY DeMARTINO IS THE ASSISTANT PROFESSIONAL OF THE YEAR

Bradley DeMartino, the First Assistant Professional at Bridger Creek Golf Course in Bozeman, Montana, has been named the 2025 Assistant Professional of the Year in the Rocky Mountain Section PGA.  DeMartino is currently a Level 3 Associate in the PGA of America and intends to complete his Class “A” PGA Membership in 2026.  This is the second time he has earned this award having previously done so in 2023.

Bradley’s overall performance as an assistant professional revolves around the idea of creating a welcoming environment for all those he comes in contact with on a daily basis.  He focuses on golf operations, teaching, junior programming and tournament facilitation.  Bradley is acutely aware his interaction with the public is often the first and last impression of any guest’s day at the course.  He makes a concentrated effort to provide a stress-free arena for his colleagues and customers alike.

Teaching and growing the game of golf is also of great importance to Bradley.  He feels it is his obligation as a professional to create and implement programs for all levels of players in all walks of life.  DeMartino has his hands in PGA HOPE (Helping Our Patriots Everywhere), junior programs, leagues, clinics, and daily operations.  He credits his head professional with mentoring him in all facets of an operation he has been part of since he was 15 years old.

DeMartino is proud to wear many hats as an assistant professional at Bridger Creek and willingly takes on any and all tasks assigned to him.  He provides service and approaches each day with a servant’s heart.  The more smiles he creates, the better day he has.  The Section is proud of his accomplishments as an Associate and is looking forward to his contributions as a full-fledged PGA Member.  Bradley will be formally presented the Assistant Professional of the Year Award at the 2025 Annual Meeting of the Rocky Mountain Section PGA next May.
